Renewable Advice team is driven by blade and composites specialists with many
years of experience; providing lifelong care for your wind turbine blades. This
expertise covers all aspects of blade activity - including first hand experience
of blade manufacture, inspection, maintenance and repair. Renewable Advice also
has the in-house capability to manufacture blades as well as other composite
wind turbine components.

Rewinds & J. Windsor was established in 1946 and has extensive experience in the repair and maintenance of rotating equipment including wind turbine generators, electric motors, pumps and fans. We have a specialist department dealing in the repair of wind turbine generators, with a range of repair and test equipment dedicated to the wind industry. We have experience in dealing with units from all the major generator manufacturers including ABB, Siemens and Weier and are approved repairers for Leroy Somer. In addition to repairs we also offer in situ generator tests and inspections using specialized surge test equipment.

ZF Services offers a range of multi-brand overhaul and repair services for both current and legacy wind turbine gearboxes. With the acquisition of Hansen transmissions in 2011, ZF also offers a full service package of new and overhauled gearboxes. ZF holds a gearbox exchange pool to speed up the process of swopping out faulty gearboxes and maximising turbine availability.
